Biorhythym Afterglow, aka the Afterglow Supplement, is a post workout supplement made by Biorhythm. It has been getting some rave reviews, but big question  is…is Afterglow Supplement the best post workout supplement?

Biorhythm is a fairly unheard of company to most, but they are making a name for themselves with their afterglow supplement. One thing that stand out right away with this company that gains my trust is the ingredient label.

They list every single ingredient on the label and how much you are getting. No garbage proprietary blends. They have nothing to hide which is great.

I will speak more on the ingredients further down. The flavour of it is absolutley addicting! The watermelon especially. You won’t have a problem sucking this post workout supplement down after a hard workout that is for sure!

Four out of their six claims, not bad. Afterglow Supplement is a post workout supplement after all, so losing fat and promotin motor skills don’t fall in that category. All of the checks on the other hand, they do.

It is a great post workout supplement but it does come with a fairly hefty price tag. There is no question that Afterglow Supplement works, as the reviews and ingredients speak for themselves. Unfortunately, not everybody has $69-$125 to spend on this supplement.

There is an old saying that goes something like this “you get what you pay for”. Afterglow Supplement is one supplement that holds true to that statement. Most people will run when they see the price tag but I strongly encourage you to take a second look. Users have reported all of the claims checked above, which I why I left two unchecked as no user I have read has experienced any of those claims.

• No proprietary blend, knowing what and how much you’re getting

Biorhythym Afterglow Supplement Ingredients

The Afterglow Supplement’s macronutrient ration (protein, fat, carb) is backed by 4 separate University studies. This is where Biorhythm gets their nearly 60% carb and 40% protein ration from.

Now of course depending on many things you may need more than 30g of carbs or 20g of protein after your workout. What you want to do is keep it 60/40.
