It would be a long shot to say that Hemo Rage Black is the best pre workout supplement on the market, but there are a fair share of extremely positive Hemo Rage Black reviews out there. the feedback on this pre workout supplement has been a mixed bag. There are users saying this is the best pre workout supplement they have used, others saying they are impressed but it is not the best, and others who say it did nothing for them at all.

The proprietary blend in Hemo Rage Black reminds me of NO Xplode, except less effective. It has many of the standard ingredients, but in unknown amounts. I can only guess the rough amounts based on the ingredients being listed in descending order.

The ingredients to the right are from Hemo rage Black Ultra Concentrate. It says start with 1/3 of a scoop but that is not enough for the majoriy. If you were to only take 1/3 of a scoop there is absolutley no way you would be getting enough creatine, l-arginine alpha ketogluterate, beta-alinine, or taurine. Each ingredient alone would require between 1.5-3 grams each to be effective.

Hemo Rage Black loses respect from me for their unnecessary prorpietary blends of well known ingredients. Why hide the amounts if there is sufficient dosage to be effective?
